Job Summary
- Playing an integral role in the new business proposals and hold responsibility for the effective on- board new clients;
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel;
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients through upselling, and cross selling to both the existing and new prospective clients;
- Write business proposals for the tender which would include cost of ownership, solution design and ROI;
- You will act as the Technical Security key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within Bidvest Protea Coin;
- Achievement of set of targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis;
- Improve and manage the level of service to existing clients to build and maintain a good working relationship and ensure that excellent operational service levels are being maintained;
- Account related reporting to the client;
- Ensuring that the Bidvest Protea Coin name, brand and image are maintained by making sure that all administrational documentation, proposals, presentation etc. meet the required standards set out by the Company;
- Actively reporting on Competitor activity /information;
- Look for new and innovative ways to market the Company, Services provided and Products;
- Networking within Bidvest Group;
- Maintenance of data base;
- Ability to develop security solutions incorporating technology and guarding;
- Management of the contract Compliance;
- Developing work scopes / scoping products and/or service requirements;
- Developing service and timeline requirements and managing interdependencies;
- Overall Service / SLA / Project work planning, management and tracking;
- Being a point of contact (POC) for the company’s responsible personnel in the execution and planning / scheduling of the goods and services;
- Continuous improvement of the contract deliverables;
- Managing the suppliers and the company’s risk register;
- Working to the Supplier’s and company’s HSE policies and procedures;
- Identifying and escalating risks and/or defects;
- Advise on Technology and systems to improve security and efficiencies;
- Providing technical advice around the company’s security equipment;
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting;
- Ad-hoc and incident reporting;
