Job Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a successful relationship with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that customers receive the expected levels of service and communication and that the products are delivered as agreed. Key activities of the KAM: Attend briefings to understand Client Requirements Order planning: ensure order confirmation by client, load client details on SAP Brief Field agents Client fittings: Ensure Field Agents conduct fittings with customer`s employees and that required employee and garment/ apparel information is captured. Compile a detailed Buy Plan and issue to Production Dept. iro CMT or Purchasing Ensure that daily orders or store opening orders are received via Stremline Provide clients with weekly reports Target achievement: Ensure that targets are cascaded down and divided amongst Field Agents Managing the team: Providing appropriate direction, focus and delegation to subordinates. Manage their KPIs. Qualifications and Experience: Matric Additional relevant qualification is beneficial Thorough practical knowledge on Excel SAP experience (advantageous) Experience in the garment, fashion or textile industry Customer driven, highly communicate relationship builder This role will suit a KAM who enjoys building relationships with their customers and delivering on excellent service and product standards. Someone who is open to travelling to visit customer sites and who can lead their team of field agents collaboratively and effectively. This role is focused on maintaining the existing customer base through ongoing service and relationship management.
