About Our Dining & Event Offering: Premier Resort The Moorings offers two distinctive dining outlets and versatile event facilities: The Salmon Restaurant with direct access to the pool patio, serving fresh juices, cocktails, and meals for poolside or in-room dining. Tuscano Bistro Ristorante offering Italian Mediterranean cuisine in a cosy garden setting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Events; Conferences & Weddings the Resort hosts a variety of functions, from intimate celebrations to large-scale events, requiring innovative menus and seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation across restaurants, in-room dining, and events. Create and innovate menus for restaurants, conferences, weddings, and banqueting. Manage food costs, budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships. Lead; train, and inspire the kitchen brigade to consistently deliver service excellence. Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with HACCP regulations. Collaborate with F&B and Events teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Monitor guest feedback and adjust offerings to enhance satisfaction. Requirements: Recognised culinary qualification. Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of international food trends, menu engineering, and cost management. Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining and event experiences.
