Requirements:Computer literate: Pastel, Payroll, Efilling, Excel & Nightsbridge, online banking (Proven track record of experience)Well spoken and written in EnglishOwn transportMust be able to work alternate weekendsIdeally have people management experience, detail conscious and be able to multitask, happy to work both in a team and alone, calm under pressure, confident, flexible, honest, mature, take ownership and make thing happen.Duties & Responsibilities: Bookings by phone, email and online Reception, answering phone and receiving guestsOccasionally arrange tours: tiger fishing/ Kruger National Park/ etc… Offer advice to guests to make sure they get maximum value for their holiday General administrative duties. Nightsbridge: manage bookings, extras and invoicing Pastel: Capturing of all customer & supplier invoices, processing payments, invoices and receipts. Bank reconciliation producing monthly statements. VAT reconciliation and monthly stockPastel Payroll: Preparation and finalisation of salaries, electronic submission of UIF & PAYEE filling: Submit UIF, PAYE and VATPetty cash Remuneration:Will be discussed (depends on experience and capabilities)Commencement date: 1 August 2025
