MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– 10 years` experience in vegetables
– Extensive knowledge on Agro chemicals and IPM
– Extensive knowledge on soil health and plant nutrition
– Strong computer literacy and excel skills.
– Teck savvy
– Must have a wide network within the industry
– Must have good reporting skills
– Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity for the industry
– Willingness to be challenged and an eagerness to learn new methods
– Enjoy being out on the fields and getting hands dirty
– Ability to manage small teams and suppliers
– Must be up to date on new methods and products.
