Hire Resolve’s client, an architecture firm, is actively seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Ballito, KZN. You will play a crucial role in transforming architectural designs into detailed plans and specifications necessary for the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed drawings and specifications based on architectural designs
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for project planning
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project feasibility
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Provide technical support during the construction phase
• Attend project meetings and represent the architectural team
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of project changes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design or technological roles
• Proficiency in Archicad, SANS, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for site visits
