About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, an e-Certification provider, is seeking a skilled QA Tester to join their dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of software products, working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and testing criteria.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionality remains intact.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide timely feedback and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
