KwaZulu-Natal: IT Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the companys IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring that hardware, software, and networks run efficiently. Knowledge of Syspro and CRM is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users (in person, by phone, or remotely). Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults. Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Support and maintain local servers, network infrastructure, and cloud systems. Document technical issues and resolutions. Assist in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations. Knowledge of Syspro and CRM is an added advantage.
