Our client, based in the La Lucia area, is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance and Contracts Manager to join their team.

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within property management or as a Maintenance Manager
• Strong experience in working with trustees and body corporates
• In-depth knowledge of building maintenance, including renovations, repairs, and general upkeep
• Must live in or be willing to relocate within 10km of the estate
• Hands-on approach and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues
• Own vehicle and a valid drivers license

• Managing and overseeing all building maintenance activities (general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upkeep)
• Liaising with trustees and body corporates to ensure maintenance needs and contracts are being met
• Coordinating contractors and service providers for ongoing maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory duties
• Overseeing budgets for maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Managing and resolving any maintenance-related complaints or issues raised by residents or stakeholders
• Reporting on the status of maintenance projects, budgets, and any other relevant matters
• Handling insurance claims related to maintenance and building repairs
• Supervising cleaning services, gardening, pool maintenance, and other outsourced services

Working Hours: 07:00 16:00 (with standby availability for emergencies after hours)
