Responsibilities include:
Assist in the Legal Bookkeeping Department using Ghost Practice
Create and update spreadsheets on Excel
Liaise with sheriffs and correspondents
Creditors control
Upload payments on different bank platforms (4 major banks)
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Matric plus relevant bookkeeping qualification essential
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a law firm essential
Sound knowledge of Ghost Practice
Must have litigation experience with BCR, sheriffs and correspondents
Advanced Excel skills and creditors control
Experience of uploading payments on the major banks’ platforms will be highly beneficial
Meticulous attention to detail 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a keen team player and able to work independently 
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own transport and valid driver’s highly recommended
