About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lenasia Robot Technician to join our team in the plastic industry. As a robotics technician, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robots, as well as other automated systems used in production. Your primary goal is to increase efficiency and prolong the life of robotic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and setup robot
- Changing robots parts after or before mould change
- Ensure maintenance is carried out all the time
- No loses connection and covers on robots
- Daily and weekly checks and report any fault on the robot to production foreman
- Observe and adjust robot setup and operations to avoid defective products and unnecessary downtime
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in similar position
- Minimum 1 year experience in plastic industry a must
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to use judgement to make sound decisions
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable, responsible, committed
- The ability read and writes
- Skills to effectively manage time
