Job Summary

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 any additional financial qualification will be an advantage Minimum 35 years payroll experience within a large operation (200 staff) Proficient in Sage VIP Payroll Experience working with FarmTrace or similar time & attendance systems Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills Knowledge of South African labour and tax laws High level of accuracy and attention to detail Own transport and valid Driver’s License Experience with the following: Full payroll processing for 200400 employees on Sage VIP Importing and reconciling time and attendance data from FarmTrace Ensuring payroll compliance with statutory requirements (UIF, PAYE, SDL) Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality Manage leave, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll components Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and employee changes Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations Submit EMP201 and EMP501 reports timeously Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Support audits and provide payroll-related documentation as needed Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
