About the Role
Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine, a values-driven Company that cares for its people unconditionally, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. As a world-class producer of Chrome Ore in the Limpopo Province, we require a skilled professional to manage and maintain our document control process. Key Responsibilities
- Act as custodian of the document control process coordinate, maintain, store and update all legal and controlled documents for the mine.
- Ensure a document management process exists and is followed.
- Coordinate review processes of existing and new documentation systems as part of continuous improvement.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders on request.
- Quality assurance of all system documentation by ensuring compliance and/or alignment with templates designed and aligned with ISO-standards.
Requirements
- 1 year practical experience in document control in a SHERQ environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Standard 10.
Salary & Benefits
No salary information is available. The successful candidate will be appointed on the Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Conditions of Employment, which includes being certified medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.
