Interior Decorating Shop Sales Assistant

Job Summary
- Education:
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Retail, or Sales (advantageous).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, interior décor, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Previous experience in a home décor or furniture store is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Passion for interior design and décor trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, color coordination, and styling.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
