• Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to maintain seamless lodge operations
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and welcoming demeanor at all times
• Support the lodge manager with administrative tasks and reporting as required
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the lodge’s standards and reputation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, lodge operations, or front desk/reception roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused approach
• Valid driver’s license is advantageous
