About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman UG to manage their mining team in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the mining team
- Oversee maintenance and repair of underground mining equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve project goals
- Supervise and train junior staff members
Requirements
- Senior Certificate
- N4 Certificate in Engineering Studies
- Mechanical Trade Test
- Foreman Certificate
- At least 5 years of experience post trade test
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor/foreman
- Experience on the following underground mining equipment:
- Sandvik DD211 development drill
- GHH (Komatsu) SLP08 LHD
- Fletcher Bolter 3115 AD/E
- UV60 utility vehicles
