About the Role

MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman UG to manage their mining team in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the mining team
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of underground mining equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve project goals
  • Supervise and train junior staff members

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate
  • N4 Certificate in Engineering Studies
  • Mechanical Trade Test
  • Foreman Certificate
  • At least 5 years of experience post trade test
  • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor/foreman
  • Experience on the following underground mining equipment:
  • Sandvik DD211 development drill
  • GHH (Komatsu) SLP08 LHD
  • Fletcher Bolter 3115 AD/E
  • UV60 utility vehicles
