About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employee Relations Case Coordinator to join our team at PnS Group Ltd. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Employee Relations (ER) team, providing administrative and operational support to facilitate efficient ER processes for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and procedures.
  • Manage complex disciplinary and grievance cases with professionalism and fairness.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Case management, CCMA processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Drive proactive stakeholder engagement to mitigate risks and promote employee well-being.
  • Balance organisational objectives with employee advocacy to enable a fair and sustainable workplace.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in employee and industrial relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, and labour litigation procedures.
  • Experience working with case management or HR information systems.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
