Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise market share and profitability.
- Manage showroom operations, customer engagement, and brand standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support dealership objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for the motor industry.
- Valid South African driver’s license and clear criminal record.
