Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit from pre-owned stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, provide reporting, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to support promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in pre-owned vehicles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and results-oriented.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
