Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to consistently achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit from pre-owned stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, provide reporting, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to support promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in pre-owned vehicles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and results-oriented.
• Valid South African driver’s license.
