MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Agricultural diploma / degree
  • Qualification in horticulture and or agronomy advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in growing seedlings
  • Previous flower (roses) vegetable experience
  • Computer literate
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to motivate and work with a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
