Job Summary
- Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Oversee vehicle valuations, stock management, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure repeat and referral business.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a franchised dealership.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Sound business acumen and analytical ability.
