This leadership role requires strong kitchen management skills, a passion for exceptional food quality, and expertise in Panstrat administration. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a 5-star kitchen, culinary training, and the ability to lead and develop kitchen teams.

Requirements

 Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star luxury kitchen.

 A Culinary Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution would be highly advantageous.

 Proven culinary expertise with strong leadership and team management skills.

 Experience working with Panstrat for processing invoices, GRVs, reconciliation, age analysis, and stock administration.

 Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently, including training and mentoring junior chefs.

 Strong organizational and operational knowledge to maintain smooth kitchen workflow.

 Passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative cuisine.

 Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.

 Reliable, motivated, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

 Proficient in monthly stock takes, financial oversight, and cost controls.

 Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

 Strong attention to detail with high standards of hygiene, presentation, and hospitality service.

 Stable employment history displaying longevity and commitment in each position with contactable references.
