Game Lodge Stock Controller Madikwe; North West Salary R10K Single Live in Work Cycle 3weeks/1 week A busy Game Lodge in Madikwe is looking for an experienced Stock Controller. You must have 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Excellent Computer skills, experienced with stock control systems and software (TallOrder would be an advantage) Duties: Manage orders of stock items in conjunction with the HODs to avoid overspend. Maintain stock and equipment inventories and keep inventory records. Order and purchase equipment and supplies. Ensure that stock items being purchased are at the best value for the company, running regular comparisons between suppliers. Ensure the allocation of all stock items to the correct inventory accounts. Check high value stock items on a rotational basis. Report any anomalies in stock levels and values to the Lodge Management. Run mid-month stock takes. Manage the end of month stock takes in conjunction with the HODs ensuring accuracy and diligence to set timelines. Submit all property stock takes in a timely manner Compile financial reports as required. Monitor budgets and records and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Ensure that company COS standards are met, and incentives paid out accordingly.
