A luxury property in this ‘West Rand’ Town is looking for a Maintenance Manager. A Local candidate would be preferred. Oversee all maintenance on the property – plumbing, electrical (domestic + high voltage), refrigeration, buildings, carpentry, waste management, water plant, cars, generators, and projects. Set the highest levels of acceptability about maintenance. Ensure maintenance issues in guest areas and rooms are attended to immediately. Ensure preventative maintenance plans are in place. Management of maintenance team. Management of security team. Requirements: Must have at least five years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a similar-sized operation. Extensive experience with the maintenance and repairs of generators (350kva & 150kva) and experience with – Plumbing, Sewage treatment systems, water treatment systems, refrigeration, building, and general maintenance. Ability to operate MS Excel and provide operational reports
