Job Summary
- Oversee and manage Cold Store, Logistics, and Dispatch operations during allocated shift.
- Ensure adherence to operational plans, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and maintain product quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Effectively lead, supervise, and motivate shift staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time dispatch.
- Report operational issues, challenges, and improvements to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (relevant logistics or supply chain qualification advantageous).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a cold store, logistics, or dispatch supervisory/management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of cold chain management, health & safety, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement.
