Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Operations Manager Mbombela- 3* Guest House & Conference Facility We’re a 40-room guest house and conference facility on a working farm, offering a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive our operational excellence. As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth running of our guest house and conference facility. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a talented team, and ensure we exceed guest expectations while maintaining our farm’s character. Requirements · 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations management · Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field · Strong leadership and communication skills · Must be fluent in English and siSwati and/or Zulu and / or Ndebele and/or Tsonga · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings · Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on a farm Key Responsibilities · Manage front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams · Oversee room allocations, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes · Coordinate events, conferences, and weddings, ensuring seamless execution · Monitor budgets, inventory, and procurement · Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality standards · Drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints · Liaise with farm / facilities management and other departments · Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures · Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations What We Offer · R 20-25 000 pm (Provident fund and medical insurance) · Accommodation on-site · Meals and laundry facilities Start Date: March 2026
