About the Role

We are a customer-focused retail store that believes great service makes all the difference. Our team is friendly, hardworking, and supportive, and we’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and help them find what they’re looking for
Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked
Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and deliver great service

Requirements

Friendly and positive attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate items

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
