About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Dante Group Ltd in Mbombela. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Produce high-quality sales reports and manage purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and quotations
- Utilize Pastel accounting software and Point of Sale systems effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- 5 years in a senior sales or customer service role, including team management experience (highly beneficial)
- Previous experience producing sales reports and managing purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and quotations (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of Pastel accounting software and Point of Sale systems
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
