Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of the creditors ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Accurately compile and maintain spreadsheets for tracking all creditor-related activities. Perform regular reconciliations of supplier accounts to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded. Handle and resolve all supplier and internal queries in a professional and efficient manner. Process a high volume of invoices and credit notes, ensuring they are accurately captured in the accounting system. Liaise directly with suppliers to manage accounts and address any discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs for all creditors. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role, with a focus on creditors. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advantageous Skills: Experience with Xero accounting software.
