JOB SPECIFICATION

Management of Maintenance Systems, Engineering KPIs and Data Analysis, Contract Management, Maintenance Training. Maintenance and Cost information support to all Engineering to ensure effective and efficient management to support the business goals.

• Monitor the performance of the maintenance management system.
• Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems requirements and procedures.
• Monitor the implementation of the INX Intuition system.
• Audit the maintenance systems to ensure compliance.
• Generate monthly metric reports with analysis to determine improvements and recommendations.
• Presentation of Engineering Systems training.
• Asset Management strategy development with the Engineering Manager.
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues across disciplines, projects and functional areas as assigned.
• Detailed analysis and reporting of maintenance information: cost, productivity, reliability, failure analysis, stock management etc.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Minimum qualification of an Engineering Degree.
• The ideal candidate must have 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
• Must have experience in systems design, budgeting, people management, RCFA, RCM and project management.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA and SQL (Minimum of 3 years).
• Experience with JDE maintenance modules as well as the database architecture.
• Must have tolerance for stress and high level precision.
• Must have proficient analytical, writing and communication skills and a thorough knowledge of computer systems.
