Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical inspections and stability assessments of the residue storage area.
• Analyze instrumentation data and recommend corrective measures.
• Support embankment design and construction planning.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe tailings management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and safety initiatives.
• Promote adherence to international best practices in tailings management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of geotechnical experience in mining or tailings management.
• Hands-on experience with geotechnical analysis software.
• Familiarity with international tailings management guidelines.
