Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Understand business interface needs and establish benchmarks for effective decision-making in sales.
- Develop creative approaches to gather critical information for negotiating targets and strategies.
- Drive the internal negotiation process and facilitate successful planning sessions.
- Apply analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking to propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, contracts, and proposals in line with company standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze sales data, and provide comprehensive reports on sales and forecasts.
- Report sales outcomes and updates on turnover targets to the sales team.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and quota setting.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
