Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To perform a range of tasks across multiple process areas with minimal supervision, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely while maintaining product quality and inventory.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in more than one process area, including basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Monitor and control processes using DCS systems, ensuring parameters are met and product quality is maintained.
- Take corrective actions to address any deviations in process performance.
- Provide support during emergency situations, adhering to standard procedures and instructions.
- Comply with relevant quality and HSE procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Observe and report unsafe or safe acts in a timely manner.
- Train and guide operators or technicians to achieve performance standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma-level education or equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a diploma or high school certificate.
