Job Summary
- Execute planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs on large steel plant mechanical equipment
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical equipment
- Recondition spare parts for various systems
- Prepare technical reports and modification proposals
- Ensure compliance with HSE training and enhance employee skills
- Provide leadership and maintain high team morale
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or Technical Degree
Experience:
- 2+ years in mechanical maintenance for steel plants
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
