Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
 

  • Diploma or Degree in Education or Administration
  • 2 years experience working with students in an academic support role

Duties include and responsibilities:

  • Answering customer queries
  • Assisting with the processing of student registrations
  • Preparing the student schedules for courses
  • Completion of the graduation documents for the course and qualifications
  • Guiding and supporting students
  • Liaising with Lecturers and Programme Coordinators
  • Taking attendance
  • Out of Office cover and campus administrative duties
  • Updating outcomes on the SMS
  • Cancelling abandoned carts on the SMS
  • The processing of student and employer surveys
  • The preparation of Credit Transfer documents
  • Quality monitoring 
  • Implementing company policies and procedures
  • Managing student records and learner management systems
  • Assisting with the institutes accounts
  • Working with and maintaining the student portals
  • Assisting with the updating of the student details
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the Academic Head and Learning Support Officers
