Job Description
- Diploma or Degree in Education or Administration
- 2 years experience working with students in an academic support role
Duties include and responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries
- Assisting with the processing of student registrations
- Preparing the student schedules for courses
- Completion of the graduation documents for the course and qualifications
- Guiding and supporting students
- Liaising with Lecturers and Programme Coordinators
- Taking attendance
- Out of Office cover and campus administrative duties
- Updating outcomes on the SMS
- Cancelling abandoned carts on the SMS
- The processing of student and employer surveys
- The preparation of Credit Transfer documents
- Quality monitoring
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Managing student records and learner management systems
- Assisting with the institutes accounts
- Working with and maintaining the student portals
- Assisting with the updating of the student details
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Academic Head and Learning Support Officers
