The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, commercial insight, and operational oversight to drive sustainable growth, efficiency, and sound governance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic financial direction of the business alongside the executive team
• Oversee financial reporting, governance, and statutory compliance
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide commercial insights to support key business decisions and improve profitability
• Manage risk, working capital, and cash flow to ensure operational strength
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Support business transformation, system enhancements, and process improvements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified (CA(SA))
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior management exposure (board level)
• Proven track record in a large, complex, and service-oriented business environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and partner at executive level
• Experience driving process improvement and financial governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategy and operational delivery
