Midrand: Credit Controller

Were looking for a driven Credit Controller to manage credit applications, payment allocations, account queries and overdue collections ensuring smooth order flow and exceptional customer service. What youll do: Approve credit applications and review credit limits Monitor and release blocked orders as a high priority Complete payment allocations within set turnaround times Resolve internal and external account queries promptly Contact customers on overdue accounts and issue dunning letters per policy Be responsible for a book of R3-5m with a high volume of accounts ie. approximately 300-350 accounts Prepare accurate adjustment journals and credit notes Maintain up-to-date digital records on SAP Collaborate closely with management and other departments What were looking for: ✔ Strong Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience ✔ SAP experience essential ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✔ Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-driven If youre ready to join a fast-paced, global environment that rewards precision, accountability and teamwork wed love to hear from you!
