Midrand: Credit Controller

The main purpose of the role: Perform various functions related to the delivery of excellent customer service in the Credit Control team, including but not limited to ensuring that customers pay in accordance with the agreed credit terms and resolving queries and customer requests entering the Credit Control team through all business channels while operating within company policy, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements: Matric Formal Credit Management qualification or currently studying towards 2- 5 years of credit control experience doing the full credit control function High level of accuracy and detail oriented Highly customer-oriented and motivated to make every customers day Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of customers, and provide feedback to improve service Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment and any other unexpected demands SAP ERP and CRM experience is a requirement
