Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities Arrange and scheduling meetings for all technicians and updating them on any changes or appointments. Assist and compiling of quotations as per request. Assist and provide feedback on all customer care requests and referring technical questions or queries to the correct technician. Responsible for timely and effective response to all client interactions, request, and queries. Provide assistance with any support and administration duties required by Technicians and customers. Providing technical support to clients via email and telephone. Daily report on returns location validated and sent to management highlighting all issues for investigation and resolution. To provide a complete and informed response on first contact with customers. Act as a liaison between the clients and the technical team focusing on resolving issues and managing client expectations. Identify and communicate urgent attention to technicians or Management. Managing and handling all customer queries. Ensure delivery of committed service and overall customer satisfaction. Seek to constantly improve processes and procedures. Maintain an efficient work environment. Ensure constant and regular follow up with customers. Provide support to technicians and any administration or support requests. Maintain good Housekeeping Practices, cleanliness, neatness, and safety always. Due to Operational requirements of the Organization, you may be required to work outside of your normal working hours. This would be at the discretion of your Line Manager Desired Experience & Qualification Required: Excellent Computer literate & numeric skills. Very strong administrative skills and quick on dealing with tasks. Must be accurate and thorough. Must pay attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively verbally and through email etc. Must possess sufficient people skills to successfully manage the interaction between customers and technicians. Preferred: Experience in general business management within a commercial environment. NAV (ERP system) experience. Advanced Excel. Minimum qualification(s) required : Matric. Minimum 2 – 4 years working in an administrative role. Must be computer literate. Good communication skills and attention to detail are important for this role.
