Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Sales Support : Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations Search and complete online quotes Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines Maintain accurate supplier and customer databases Assist Sales Team with reporting, pipeline tracking and performance summaries Administrative and Compliance Duties : Maintain organized filing systems in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 document control requirements Prepare and compile compliance documents for tenders, regulatory submissions and quality audits Assist in maintaining supplier qualification files and customer records Manage office supplies, stationary orders, and courier dispatch samples or documents Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and needed Create media and marketing files as required Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as needed Customer Service : Provide professional and friendly assistance to healthcare professionals and customers Handle product queries, delivery updates, and customer feedback Assist in the coordination of product returns, warranty claims, and service requirements according to company procedures
