An I.T company in Midrand is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified IT Instructor to join our Learning & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs to TCM employees as well as our TCM academy students. Job PurposeThe IT Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs for learners and internal staff. Key responsibilities include identifying learner needs, developing, and updating curriculum content, designing engaging educational materials, and incorporating current industry trends and technologies into instruction. The IT Instructor is also expected to support learners through mentorship, promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, and ensure all training activities meet the required academic and accreditation standards.This role includes facilitating, assessing, and moderating all IT qualifications offered by TCM Academy.
