1. Updating and timeline management for client reviews -provide historical context to clients in relation to advice journey
2. Financial market and fund research.
3. Maintaining client’s files and records
4. Taking Minutes of meetings
5. Preparation of meeting packs
6. Risk Management record keeping compliance and monitoring of all risk products offered
7. Analysis on Portfolios
8. Operational and Regulatory Reporting
9. Telephonic and email query resolution
10. Assistance with compliance officer visits
11. General office management duties and/or administrative tasks that may be required from time to time
