About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paraplanning Assistant to join our team in Midrand, Randburg. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality services, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating and timeline management for client reviews – provide historical context to clients in relation to advice journey
- Financial market and fund research
- Maintaining client’s files and records
- Taking Minutes of meetings
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Risk Management record keeping compliance and monitoring of all risk products offered
- Analysis on Portfolios
- Operational and Regulatory Reporting
- Telephonic and email query resolution
- Assistance with compliance officer visits
- General office management duties and/or administrative tasks that may be required from time to time
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- High ethical Standards

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
