Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Reporting to: Operations

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to support our construction projects in the Gauteng region in Modderfontein. As a Pipe Fitter, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and repairing piping systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Performing inspections to identify issues
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure project completion
• Each employee will need to travel to site and back on their own and at their own cost (Local site in Modderfontein)
• Each employee will except this as his day rate and will work hours given by the client and site construction manager, during the week they will perform the job at task and complete the task given.
• Saturday and Sundays will be needed from time to time and will be paid for as overtime
• Night shift is a possibility
• Clean criminal record

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in construction
• Proficiency in pipe fitting with threading and grooving
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Trade Test and Red Seal Certification
