Job Summary
Job Purpose
Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking a Plant Administrator who will support the daily operations and administrative functions of the plant, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication within their team. This role is critical in ensuring the plant`s operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and alignment with production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Plant Manager and other plant personnel, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain stock levels for raw materials, consumables, and other supplies; manage purchase requisitions and orders to ensure inventory availability.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately input and maintain data related to production, labor hours, safety reports, and inventory in company systems.
- Production Scheduling: Assist in coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet deadlines, manage orders, and ensure alignment with client demands.
- Document Control: Maintain organized records of safety documentation, compliance certificates, equipment maintenance logs, and employee attendance.
- Safety and Compliance Support: Monitor adherence to health and safety standards, maintain safety records, and coordinate training sessions for plant employees.
- Financial Administration: Manage petty cash, assist with processing invoices, track expenses, and liaise with the finance department on financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between plant departments, employees, and external stakeholders; relay information as necessary to support plant activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and record-keeping standards.
