Flexibility is required to be able to take on the role of filling at any of our 6 Gauteng Branches when required.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, online, email, and walk-ins.Sign up customers for storage lease agreements.Collect debts and manage accounts.Perform general administrative duties.Manage existing customers and maintain excellent customer serviceRequirements:Well-groomed and professional appearance.Strong organizational skills with excellent data accuracy.Driven and goal-oriented with outstanding communication skills.Effective time management skills.Sales/Debtors background Proficient in computer use.Own transport is required.Flexibility to work at various branches from day to day.
