Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00Job Description:Rent-A-Store is seeking a dynamic preferably a female front desk agent to join our team. The role involves managing self-storage rentals and debt collection, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient facility operations. Flexibility is required to be able to take on the role of filling at any of our 6 Gauteng Branches when required.Key
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, online, email, and walk-ins.Sign up customers for storage lease agreements.Collect debts and manage accounts.Perform general administrative duties.Manage existing customers and maintain excellent customer service
Requirements:
