Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement long-term IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Align solutions with organisational goals and business functions.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.

Architecture Development

• Design solution architecture models and detailed product specifications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into architectural designs.
• Provide expert input on integration, performance, and scalability of systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Mediate technical conflicts and drive equitable architectural decisions.

Analysis & Support

• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Guide the business on leveraging IT to improve operations and outcomes.
• Mentor team members and share architectural expertise.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Essential:
  • Matric (Grade 12) and a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
  • 12+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Advantageous:
  • Postgraduate qualification in a related field.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
