• Support and/or lead the design and analysis of tailings storage facilities (TSFs), water dams, and other mine waste containment systems
• Conduct geotechnical assessments, stability analysis, and risk evaluations
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting across the full project lifecycle
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
• Support business development initiatives and help grow the tailings practice
• Ensure adherence to local and international standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Mining Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in tailings engineering or related geotechnical disciplines
• Strong understanding of dam design, construction, and monitoring principles
• Proficiency in geotechnical modelling and analysis tools (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, Slide2, etc.)
• Previous consulting experience is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
