Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs Drive the design, development, and optimization of our platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our business Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code. Identify and encourage areas for growth, education, and development within the team. Deliver Business value through quality technical solutions and code Be accountable for projects.
