Tech Solutions Developer Malabie Infinitum is seeking a pioneering Tech Solutions Developer to serve as the central technical authority, driving our strategic shift towards AI-assisted development and low-code automation . This role is critical for integrating our property management systems with financial services and requires an absolute commitment to governance and data security. This role is the most technically central position in the company, focusing on rapid development, operational automation, and end-to-end technical support. Core Function: Digital Solutions Architect & Builder This section defines the role as a hands-on developer focused on rapid, integrated systems. What This Role Does How This Is Achieved Rapid, Full-Stack Development This developer is responsible for building and maintaining our live operational software using modern methods. You will not be writing every line of code from scratch. Instead, you will be leveraging AI Copilots and cloud services (Firebase, Azure) to dramatically accelerate speed, focusing your expertise on complex problem-solving and secure integration. Business Process Automation You will use Power Automate and Power Platform tools to eliminate manual work across the business. This means creating workflows that automatically connect the front end (e.g., a manager filling out a form on Teams) to the back end (e.g., data automatically being filed in the database, triggering a payment, or updating a live report). Smart Product Development You are the expert who turns physical devices into revenue. You will integrate and manage IoT systems (IFTTT, TTLock) to create scalable, monetizable products for our guests and properties (e.g., advanced security systems, automated energy monitoring). 2. Operational Function: Infrastructure & Support What This Role Manages Why This Is Necessary Technical Support (Internal) You provide the essential Level 1 and Level 2 hardware/software support for all employees. This includes troubleshooting laptops, setting up new phones, resolving software access issues, and ensuring the team can work efficiently on their MS 365 platforms. Database & Website Management You are the administrator for all technical assets. This includes securing and maintaining all corporate databases (Firebase), user accounts, and company websites, ensuring 100% uptime and data integrity. Smart Home Technical Authority You are the final point of technical reference for smart home systems . This involves providing complex troubleshooting support to Property Managers and coordinating device setup (locks, sensors) to ensure guest access is seamless and secure. 3. Required Skills and Cultural Alignment The person we hire must be a versatile developer who respects governance Required Skills (The Hybrid Expert) Coding Languages: Strong proficiency in multiple languages ( JavaScript/TypeScript, Python ) essential for full-stack and cloud service development. Cloud & Platforms: Mandatory knowledge of Azure Fundamentals , hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Automate, Apps) , and deep competence in the Firebase/GCP ecosystem. Automation & IoT: Practical skills in setting up IoT protocols, Smart Home systems, and workflow automation tools (IFTTT) . Full-Stack & Support: Proven ability to manage applications from front-end to back-end, combined with essential hardware/software support experience.
