Job Summary
Qualifications & Experience
- BCom Degree in Finance, Governance, or related field (Essential)
- 4–5 years’ proven experience in tender management, procurement, or contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel – Intermediate)
- Familiarity with e-tender ERP systems is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from evaluation through to execution and closure
- Facilitate tender briefings, negotiations, and submissions with bidders
- Prepare, present, and report on tender progress and outcomes to stakeholders
- Ensure all tender processes are conducted efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, including partnerships with universities and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations to secure cost savings and ensure alignment with budgets
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, governance frameworks, and project timelines
- Support marketing and business development initiatives tied to tenders
